Terms of Service

Last updated 29 October 2026

1. Who we are

RunwayTwin is provided by:

Service
RunwayTwin
Provider
Adapthrive, eenmanszaak (sole proprietorship) registered in the Netherlands

These terms apply to every use of RunwayTwin and to every RunwayTwin Pro subscription.

2. What RunwayTwin does

RunwayTwin uses artificial intelligence to describe outfits from photos you upload or from fashion coverage of public figures, to suggest looks, and to link to shops that sell similar items.

The results are AI-generated suggestions. A piece shown may not be the exact item worn. Brands are only named when they are visible or credited in press coverage. Prices are estimates. You are interacting with an AI system, not a human stylist.

We identify clothing and accessories, never people. We do not use facial recognition.

3. Your account

You need an account to save looks and to subscribe. Keep your login details to yourself. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Free use and RunwayTwin Pro

Without an account you can try one look. A free account includes 3 AI looks per calendar month. Every AI generation counts as one look: a Shop the Look analysis, an AI Stylist look or refinement, or an Outfit Generator run. Analyses that fail or find no outfit do not count.

RunwayTwin Pro costs €9.99 per month including VAT and gives unlimited looks for personal, non-commercial use. Fair-use limits apply to prevent automated or abusive use.

5. Free trial, payment and renewal

Your first 7 days of Pro are free (one trial per person). If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and you pay €9.99 every month until you cancel. Payment is handled by Stripe.

We will tell you at least 30 days in advance of any price change. You may cancel before the new price applies.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your profile (Manage subscription). Pro stays active until the end of the month you have paid for. There is no notice period.

7. Your right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your Pro subscription within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason.

The quickest way is our withdrawal function (also linked as “Withdraw from contract here” in the footer). You can also send us an unambiguous statement by email, or use the model form below. Sending your statement before the 14 days end is enough.

When you subscribe, you ask us to start immediately. If you withdraw during the free trial, you pay nothing. If you withdraw after a payment, we refund the part of the price for the remaining days within 14 days, to the payment method you used.

8. Shop links

RunwayTwin links to third-party shops. Some links earn us a commission when you buy, at no extra cost to you. This never influences what the AI recommends. Purchases are contracts between you and the shop; that shop's terms, prices and returns policy apply.

9. Photos and content you upload

Only upload photos you have the right to use. You keep all rights in them. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service to you. Do not upload images of children, intimate images, or images that infringe someone else's rights. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle photos.

10. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, resell or automate RunwayTwin, try to get around usage limits, or use it to identify, track or profile people.

11. Liability

We build RunwayTwin with care but cannot guarantee that every suggestion is accurate or that a shop has an item in stock. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the damage. This limit does not apply to damage caused by our intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow it.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will tell you about important changes at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree, you can cancel before they take effect.

13. Law and disputes

Dutch law applies. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of that country. Contact us first so we can try to solve the problem; you may also take a dispute to the competent court.
